Please bring appropriate undergarments, and clean, wrinkle-free clothes.

SPRING IN LOS ANGELES

GAU Assistant Coaches

Bring plain, neutral color shorts, khakis/chinos, joggers, track pants, belt, sneakers. Top will be provided.

GAU Trainer

Bring track pants, joggers, sneakers, cap with no logo. Top will be provided.

Waterboy 

Bring plain shorts, cap with no logos, and sneakers. Top will be provided. 

GAU Football Players

Football Recruits

Bring workout wear: shorts, compression wear, muscle shirts, tank tops, t-shirts, Dri-fit/moisture-wicking fabric items, headbands, sweatbands, workout/gym sneakers. 

NO LARGE LOGOS, GRAPHICS OR BRANDS (small logos/brands are okay). NO RED, SUPER-BRIGHT, OR NEON COLORS.
