                  Background Notes and Guidelines

NO LOGOS, GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS (NO White, Red), OR VISIBLE TATTOOS 

Options are greatly appreciated! Please bring appropriate undergarments, clean, wrinkle free clothes

Script- Days will be taking place in the exterior and interior of a college campus. There is 2 script days, so bring plenty of options for changes.  

ON AIR REPORTERS:  There will be a few of you switching to College professors, bring options for that look as well. 

Men: 2-3pc Suits, Sport Coats, Dress Pants, Dress Shirts, Ties, Pocket Squares, Dress Belts, Dress Shoes, socks,  Jewelry.

Women: 2pc Pant or Skirt Suits, Blouses, sheath Dress, dress shirts, Dress with Blazer, Dress Pants, Low Heels, Jewelry. (Bring proper undergarments, underwear, bra, socks, shapewear).

NEWS CAMERA PEOPLE:  There will be a few of you switching to college professors, bring options for that look as well. 

Short & long sleeve tees/ athletic tees/ polos/ athletic polos casual short and long sleeve button fronts, light sweaters/ fleeces/ half-zips (can be over collared shirts), hoodies, blazers (potentially), light jackets (can be over long sleeve button fronts as well)/ athletic jackets/ light vests. Black khakis/ athletic khakis/ jeans/camping pants/ Dickies/ cargo shorts/ khaki shorts/ outdoors shorts, sneakers, dress shoes, outdoorsy shoes, Belts, baseball caps. Neutral color palette. 

Print Media Reporters-There will be a few of you switching to College Professors, bring options for that look as well. 

Men:  2-3 pc Suits, Sport Coats, Dress Pants, Dress Shirts, Ties, Dress Belts, Dress Shoes.

Professors: Please bring business casual options. 

Women- Slacks, blouse, dresses, dress/skirt/pant suits, cardigan, sweater, low heels/comfortable shoes, accessories, etc. 

                

Men- suit, button front shirt, sport coat, sweater, sweater vest, tie, slacks, chinos, dress shoes. 

Emo/Goth/Heavy Metal/Punk Students: Dark-colored clothing with rips/distressing, leather, skulls, PVC/vinyl, or metal details (studs, safety pins, etc), fishnet, boots, jewelry, belts. NO BAND OR LOGOS ON CLOTHING

Chess Nerds (who change to Law Students)

Chess Nerd look 1: Casual, fun colorful options. Short-sleeve button front shirts, slacks, nice jeans (no holes or distressing), clean sneakers.

GAU College students- Bring casual wear.

GAU Students who change to Law Students- Bring 2 changes

Men: trendy shirts, button front shirts, sweaters, cardigans, blazers, lightweight jacket, nice jeans, khaki and colored chinos, dress shoe, nice sneakers, belts, accessories

Women- Blouses, cute tops, skirts, dresses, jumpsuit, slacks, nice jeans, sweaters, cardigans, blazers, lightweight jackets, nice shoes (flats, sneakers, boots), accessories, Jewelry, etc. 

Groundskeeper- work boots, white/black t-shirt, coveralls will be provided day of.
