                  Background Notes and Guidelines

NO LOGOS, GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS, OR VISIBLE TATTOOS 

Options are greatly appreciated! Please bring appropriate undergarments (Bras, underwear, etc.), clean, wrinkle free clothes.

SERVERS AND BARTENDER- Bring black pants, black Shoes, white or black undershirt. Referee shirt and apron will be provided by costumes. 


EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER- Bring black long sleeve button down shirt, Black Pants, Black shoes, Black belt. 


ALL PARTY GUEST, FRIENDS, CRENSHAW STUDENTS, EX- CRENSHAW/BEVERLY PLAYERS, "BUTLER," EX-NFL TEAMATES OF BILLY, WIVES OF THE EX-NFL PLAYERS, LAURA'S FAMILY, BILLY'S FAMILY-   Bring a tracksuit, matching set preferably. If you only have separates, bring those. NO BIG LOGOS or HUGE GRAPHIC DESIGNS on it, NO SOLID WHITE (off-white might be okay) OR NEON.  Avoid head to toe sequins, especially in black or gold. Velour and vintage tracksuits are greatly welcomed!


Men- Bring undershirts, Nice Sneakers, Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)




Women-Bring undershirts, (crop tops, Tank tops, T-shirts, etc.) Nice Sneakers, heels, Jewelry, hats, purses, etc.

                     Background Notes and Guidelines NO LOGOS (Adidas, Nike, Gucci, etc.) GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS (NO White, Red), OR VISIBLE TATTOOS  Options are greatly appreciated!  Please bring appropriate undergarments, clean, wrinkle  free clothes as well as warming layers for comfort. Football players- bring casual wear and athletic wear. Sweats, tees, jeans,sneakers, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. Clothing you would change into after working out or you would wear on regular day.                                 Hotel staff (concierge, front desk, bellhops, servers, cleaning staff)- uniforms have been provided, but can bring black shoes or black pants if prefer.  Agents & General managers- bring business casual wear. Polos, dress shirts, dress pants, chinos, sweater, vests, sport jackets, 2pc  suits.  Coaches/ Scouts/Team Assistants-  Athleisure casual wear, polos, athletic chinos, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Windbreakers, sneakers, caps.
