Bring workout wear: shorts, compression wear, muscle shirts, tank tops, t-shirts, Dri-fit/moisture-wicking fabric items, headbands, sweatbands, workout/gym sneakers. 
NO LARGE LOGOS, GRAPHICS OR BRANDS (small logos/brands are okay). NO RED, SUPER-BRIGHT, OR NEON COLORS.
