  Background Notes and Guidelines

NO LOGOS, GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS, OR VISIBLE TATTOOS 

Options are greatly appreciated! Please bring appropriate undergarments, clean, wrinkle free clothes.

SCRIPT SEASON: 

SPRING IN LOS ANGELES

Convention Attendees: Bring casual, Springtime clothes, stylish and cool. Bring accessories, jewelry, smaller handbags/cross body purses, hat/caps (no logos), lightweight jacket/sweater.

NO logos, super-busy patterns, no solid red, white, or neon clothing. NO turtlenecks, flannel, heavy sweaters or puffy/leather/heavy jackets. 

Convention Attendees - Influencers: Bring Y2K, Gen Z, stylish, fashionable, cool. Bring accessories, jewelry, hats/cap (no logos), small purses, crossbody fanny packs. See below pics for guidance.

Convention Workers: Bring all black: long sleeve-button front shirt, slacks/dress pants, socks, shoes, belt.

Hotel Staff: Bring white button-front long sleeve, shirt, black shoes, minimal jewelry. Uniform will be provided.

Hotel Guests: Bring casual, Springtime clothes. Blouse, short-sleeve dress shirts, shorts, pants, romper/jumpsuit, lightweight jackets, nice jeans, sneakers, boots, low heels, sandals, jewelry, accessories.

Quinceanara Event Photographer: Bring black head-to-toe: long-sleeve button front shirt, pants, socks, dress shoes, belt, tie. 

Quinceanara DJ: Flowy top/blouse, sparkly dress, skirt or nice pants, comfortable heels, booties, jewelry.

Quinceanara Catering Servers: Bring a white long-sleeved button-front shirt, black pants/slacks, black vest, black belt, black tie, black shoes, minimal jewelry.

Quinceanara Guests - Children: Bring formal outfits. 

Girls: dresses, light cardigan, light jacket, Mary Jane shoes, sandals.

Boys: 2-piece suit, dress shirt, dress pants, button front shirt, tie, bowtie, dress shoes, nice sneakers, nice sweater.

Quinceanara Guests - Teens: Bring formal outfits and appropriate underwear, shapewear, etc. NO PINK or red, no solid white, nothing too skimpy, short, or baggy. Tattoos should be covered.

Girls: dresses, heels, sandals, jewelry, light cardigan, shawl.

Boys: 2- or 3-piece suit, dress shirt, dress pants, button front shirt, tie, bowtie, dress shoes, nice sneakers.

Quinceanara Guests - 20s/30s, Guests 40s/50s: Bring formal outfits and appropriate underwear, shapewear, etc. NO PINK or red, no solid white, nothing too skimpy, short, or baggy. Tattoos should be covered.

Women: dresses, blouse and skirt, shawls, lightweight jacket/cardigan, comfortable heels/sandals, jewelry, small handbags/clutches.

Men: 2- or 3-piece suit, dress shirt, dress pants, button front shirt, blazer/sport coat, tie, bowtie, polo, dress shoes, nice sneakers, belt.

Quinceanara Guests - Grandparents: Bring formal outfits and appropriate underwear, shapewear, etc. NO PINK or red, no solid white.

Women: dresses, 2-piece dress- or pant-suits, shawls, lightweight cardigan, light jacket, comfortable heels/sandals, jewelry, small handbags/clutches.

Men: 2- or 3-piece suit, dress shirt, dress pants, button front shirt,  blazer/sport coat, nice cardigan/sweater, tie, bowtie, bolo ties, belt, dress shoes.
