Background Notes and Guidelines


NO LOGOS (NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, ETC) GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS (NO White, Bright Reds), OR VISIBLE TATTOOS

There will be 2 changes in which it will be a night and day attire. The first scene will be crenshaw pedestrians (Casual wear), the second scene will be Layla's Lounge (Club/night out). Options are greatly appreciated! Please bring appropriate undergarments, clean, wrinkle free clothes. Bring warming comfort for between takes. 

CRENSHAW PEDESTRIANS-  Bring casual looks. Use Pictures for references. 
Women-T-shirts, blouses, Jeans, casual pants, day dresses, close toe shoes, Sneakers, Flats. Accessories, jewelry, Handbags, etc.

Men:  Bring T-shirts, short sleeve and long sleeve shirts, polos, lightweight jackets, sweaters, hoodies, jeans, casual pants, sneakers, boots,etc.  Accessories. 


BOUNCERS-Bring black long sleeve shirts if you have any visible tattoos, black jeans (straight leg/ wide) no skinny, black boots, black belt. 



Lounge Crowd
Upscale, fashionable, night out at music lounge, NO: graphics, large brand logos, tiny all-over patterns, or solid red or white (off-white is okay) outerwear. Colors to avoid are black and gold. See pics below for inspiration/mood.




Women: bring nice evening wear, night out at music lounge (no gowns or maxi dresses), nice dress pants, blouses, sequins, metallics, skirts, blazers, light jackets, jumpsuits, jewelry, small purse/clutch, accessories, boots, booties, heels. 

Bring appropriate bras and undergarments, shape-wear , etc., and comfort items for off-camera.






Men- Shirts, button front shirts, sweaters, cardigans, blazers, lightweight jacket, nice jeans, joggers, colored chinos, nice Sneakers, Boots, necklaces, bracelets, watches, belts, hats
