                 Background Notes and Guidelines

NO LOGOS, GRAPHICS, ARTWORK, NEON COLORS, OR VISIBLE TATTOOS 

Options are greatly appreciated! Please bring appropriate undergarments, clean, wrinkle free clothes

Attorneys-Bring Business attire. 

Men-  2pc suits (greys, blacks, navy), ties, sweater vest, dress shirts, dress shoes, belt. 


                   

Women-  2pc suits, Slacks, blouse, dresses, dress/skirt/pant suits, low heels, comfortable shoes, etc. 

                



Clerks/legal clients- Business attire 





Men- Dress shirt, Sport coats, suits, Vest, Sweater vest, Dress Shoes, Ties, Slacks, Chinos. 

Women- Blouses, Blazers, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts (no mini skirts), Comfortable Shoes, High heels, flats, boots, etc. 


Family/ Derrick - Bring Casual wear for family court. Button front shirts, Chinos, Sport coats, sweaters, dresses (no bare arms), cardigans, blazer, jackets, purses 



LAPD Sheriff-  Bring Crew neck white t-shirt. If own black boots. Uniform will be provided day of. 



ENG camera person-Bring casual wear.  Short & long sleeve tees/ athletic tees & polos/ athletic polos casual short and long sleeve button fronts, light sweaters/ fleeces/ half-zips (can be over collared shirts), hoodies, blazers (potentially), light jackets (can be over long sleeve button fronts as well. Black khakis/ athletic khakis, jeans, sneakers, dress shoes, outdoorsy shoes, Belts. Neutral/ dark color palette. See below photo for reference. 



For the Restaurants Waits staff, if you weren't in the fittings. bring the following. 


SERVERS/ BARTENDER- BRING: WHITE LONG SLEEVE BUTTON DOWN SHIRT, BLACK PANTS, BLACK BELT, BLACK SHOES. Vest, TIE AND APRON PROVIDED 


BUSBOY-  BRING: BLACK LONG SLEEVE BUTTON DOWN, BLACK PANTS, BLACK BELT, BLACK SHOE

APRON PROVIDED 



HOSTESS- TRENDY BLACK DRESS, BLACK SKIRT AND TOP COMBO, BLACK LOW HEELS OR FLATS, SUBTLE JEWELRY 



Upscale Restaurant Patrons- Dress for an evening out at an upscale restaurant on a Saturday night, including jewelry and accessories. Dress head-to-toe even if you are a driver because we will be rotating everyone.  Please see the style guidelines below for what to bring. 

Men- Trendy, upscale: shirts, button front shirts, sweaters, cardigans, blazers, lightweight jacket, nice jeans, khaki and colored chinos, slacks, dress shoe, nice sneaker, necklaces, bracelets, watches, belts, hats.


Women- Trendy, upscale: Blouses, skirts, dresses, jumpers, slacks, nice jeans, sweaters, cardigans, blazers, lightweight jackets, heeled pump, heeled strappy open-toe shoe, heeled boot, handbags, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, belts, hats.
